Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the personnel functions of our company, including recruiting, training, and performance management.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, administering benefits programs, and handling employee relations issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records and reports, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.


  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including employee handbooks and code of conduct
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs
  • Handle employee relations issues, including mediating conflicts and conducting investigations
  • Recruit and hire new employees, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Train and develop employees, including providing onboarding and ongoing training programs
  • Manage performance evaluations and conduct performance reviews
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports, including employee files and payroll records
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations


  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required)
  • PHR or SPHR certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
